This is scarier than I thought it would be! Phew!

Hi! I’m Peggy. I’m a mother of four beautiful children, a lawyer, a wife, and most recently… a book content creator.

I’ve been reading forever and journaling forever. I am 41, so I’ve quite literally been doing this for decades.

In the summer of 2024, while home on disability recovering from a hysterectomy, I discovered that Bookstagram was a thing over on Instagram. I thought “Damn, that looks like fun!”. I love books, I love to yap about books, why not try out book content creation?

So I became @bibliosizzle over on Instagram.

I have amassed a decent amount of followers between Instagram, Goodreads, StoryGraph, and Threads. I have really enjoyed making book flatlays and highlights, but something was missing. I missed the journaling aspect.

I needed a space to say what’s on my mind about books, that is easy to read and digest, and wouldn’t need to fit a character max. I am hoping this blog will be it!
